Keeping in Touch sessions (KITS) junior faculty mentoring program |
KITS, mentoring program created for junior faculty members, will host quarterly dinner meetings to respond to their questions regarding acclimating to life at JCESOM. Dedicated senior faculty members will host the meetings and take the lead in discussing topics new faculty identify as important to them. In later sessions, the program will take a more structured form, with senior faculty making targeted presentations based on needs identified by junior faculty.
